If you want to move up the career ladder, change jobs, move forward

achieve results within an organisation, coaching has a real part to
play in improving either
an individual’s or an organisations performance.
A recent survey found that more than 90 per cent of HR professionals
believe that coaching,
when used properly, positively influences an organisation’s bottom
line, and develops individuals.
Other studies have demonstrated how, following training alone, productivity
increases by
22 per cent, but after training and coaching it increases by 88 per
cent.
